Wellington-Napoleon weekly meal request form for children NOT in school. USDA Free Food program
Based on the extension of the summer meal waiver program by the USDA, we will be offering FREE meals (breakfast & lunch) to all families with children ages 1-18 beginning Sept. 8 and continuing through Dec.18 (as federal funding allows).
Students already eating meals on-site do NOT need to take any further action.
Virtual families and families of all children, ages 1-18 not attending school but living in our community who want to take advantage of school breakfast/lunch should complete this form weekly (1 per household) by 3 pm each Monday, if you want to request meals for the following week.
Pick up will be on Fridays from 9:00-10:00 am at the grey kitchen door (next to the HS entrance by the pick nick tables) and will include lunch, plus breakfast for the following week. Meal choices will not be available as these will be grab and go lunches and breakfasts. Only those who reserve meals will have meals available for pick up.
We are excited to be able to provide FREE meals to ALL our TIGERS!
Please be sure to fill out one (1) form per household and complete it by 3 PM on each Monday prior to your picking up the meals on Friday.
